The August 2020 Morley Stanwood bond authorized the district to borrow funds through voter-approved bonds to modernize facilities, improve safety, upgrade technology, and enhance school sites, funded through a property tax millage structured to maintain the district’s existing tax rate, and structured in multiple series to allow projects to be completed in phases over several years.
